ADEXPEDIA, INC. APPOINTS NEW CEO

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Chico, California June 30, 2001: On June 30, 2001, the Board of Directors of AdExpedia, Inc. announced that John M. Strisower, founder, has resumed his prior role as CEO in addition to his existing duties of CTO and chairman.

W. John Devine, having successfully completed his ten month assignment as interim CEO while the Company gained traction, will remain President and a member of the Board and will be solely responsible for raising additional venture capital to enable the Company to continue its rapid expansion and continuing growth.
