MEIJER, INC. SELECTS ADEXPEDIA FOR ONLINE MARKETING SERVICES

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Chico, California June 11, 2001: AdExpedia, Inc. added another major retailer to its customer base with the announcement that Meijer, Inc. will use AdExpedia's online marketing services. Meijer, long known for its innovative marketing and advertising solutions in the Supercenter industry, will expand their Internet marketing capabilities with AdExpedia's print-to-web products. AdExpedia will web-enable Meijer print circulars and major print initiatives to give Meijer Guests the same familiar format, via the Internet, that they currently see in print.

Visitors to the Meijer web site will now be able to seamlessly view Meijer's print circulars online on a fully versioned, store-specific basis. In addition, they can easily search for specials by item, by category, or by brand.

Meijer will significantly enhance their market reach while creating added efficiencies in the delivery of their merchandising message. Meijer circulars and major print pieces will now be available online 24/7 for Guests to access. Meijer will also have the ability to email a "link" to their circulars to registered Guests at a fraction of the cost for direct mailing.
