TRAVIDIA HIRES BOB CLARK AS NETWORK OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

CHICO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 21, 2005--Travidia Inc., the market leader in Internet marketing services for newspapers and retailers throughout North America and Europe, today announced that longtime technology executive Bob Clark has joined the company as Director of Network Operations.

Mr. Clark most recently served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Digitalpath Networks in Chico.

Before joining Digitalpath Networks in July 2003, Mr. Clark worked as a Senior Technical Consultant for Matson & Isom Technology Consulting in Chico for six years. He also has worked in a variety of technical positions at Precision Resource Company, Innovative Tech Works and C-Tech Systems.
