TRAVIDIA INC. APPOINTS RAND HUTCHISON AS CEO TO LEAD COMPANY INTO NEXT PHASE OF GROWTHCHICO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May. 11, 2006--Travidia Inc., the leader in Internet marketing services for newspapers and retailers in North America and Europe, today appointed Rand Hutchison as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into the next phase of growth. The announcement was made today by Mr. Brian Yeatman, Co-founder of Catalina Marketing Corporation and Travidia Board Chairman.
Mr. Hutchison has over two decades of MIS and software development, public accounting, and financial experience. Prior to being appointed the position of CEO, Mr. Hutchison served as Travidia's Co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer.

He successfully fulfilled his duties as Chief Operating Officer and is well-positioned to take on the additional responsibilities.
