EXAMINER.COM SELECTS TRAVIDIA TO POWER ONLINE NEWSPAPER ADVERTISEMENTSDenver, Colorado, Oct. 11, 2006 – Travidia Inc., the leader in Internet marketing services for newspapers and retailers in North America and Europe, today announced that Examiner.com has selected Travidia to convert newspaper display ads in San Francisco, Washington D.C. and Baltimore into online banner ads for Examiner.com.
Businesses that place display ads in one of The Examiner newspapers can now have that advertisement turned into a banner ad and placed on the fast-growing news site, Examiner.com. All of the advertisements are also available in an online marketplace that allows consumers to quickly search for ads by keyword, advertiser name and category. Consumers can also save ads to a shopping list, email ads to a friend and print ads out quickly and easily.
