MICHAEL BECHTOL

Former President and Chief Operating Officer of Catalina Marketing Corporation

In his former role as President and Chief Operating Officer Mike Bechtol was responsible for overall management for the day to day activities of Catalina Marketing's operating business units, which included the Core Domestic Business, Catalina Health Resource, Catalina Marketing International and Catalina Marketing Research Solutions. Mr. Bechtol's duties also included overseeing of information technology, operations, corporate marketing and human resources.

Mr. Bechtol joined Catalina Marketing in 1986 and has held a wide variety of management positions, most recently as President, Catalina Marketing International. Prior to leading the International business, Mr. Bechtol held the position of President of Catalina Marketing Services, where he was responsible for U.S. sales, marketing, operations and client services.

Prior to joining Catalina Marketing, Bechtol spent 14 years with the southern California division of Lucky Stores, Inc. where he served as Store Manager, Store Systems Coordinator and Labor Scheduling Manager. During his career with Lucky Stores, he also participated in the chain-wide rollout of the company's first scanner system. Bechtol studied business at California State University at Fullerton.

KEVIN O' CONNOR

Founder and Chairman of DoubleClick Inc.

With extensive experience in high-tech software and online marketing, Kevin O'Connor serves as Chairman of DoubleClick Inc. He is charged with overseeing new market development, long-term strategic direction and the overall vision of the digital marketing solutions company. As co-founder and formerly the company's CEO, O'Connor has grown DoubleClick from two people in a basement to a global corporation employing nearly 1,200 people. O'Connor possesses more than 17 years experience in business and consumer software product development, specifically in start-up software technology for both the Internet and publishing markets. Prior to founding DoubleClick in February of 1996, he co-founded the Internet Advertising Network (IAN) in 1995. The software technology pioneered by IAN paved the way for the creation of DoubleClick and the first full-service Web advertising Network. O'Connor received his BSEE degree, with honors, from the University of Michigan.

PATRICK NESBITT

Principal, Windsor Capital Group

Patrick Nesbitt is the Principal of Windsor Capital Group, Inc., a privately owned hotel ownership and hotel management company based in Santa Monica, California. The Company also has extensive experience in the development and management of shopping centers and other commercial buildings. In 1991 Nesbitt formed Windsor Capital Group, to operate hotels and now is one of the leading companies in its field. Through a series of financial transactions he acquired essentially 100% ownership in his hotels.

Undergraduate degree U.S. Air Force Academy, Masters Degree in Systems Engineering from University of Michigan, J.D. degree from Whittier College. Member of Los Angeles and American Bar Associations.

HAL LADUE

Member of the Board of Directors, Windsor Captial Group

H.J. Ladue spent his early career at Sonoco Products Company in Hartsville, South Carolina and rose through the ranks to General Manager and Group Executive of numerous Sonoco Divisions. He moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1981 to head Peter Cooper Corporation, a subsidiary of the Freanch conglomerate, Elf Acquatine. When the company was sold in 1987, he became the General Manager and American CEO of PAM Fastening Technology, a subsidiary of the German firm HBB, the position he maintained until his retirement in June 1995. At that time, he joined the Board of Windsor Capital Group.

Mr. Ladue has served as a board member of numerous professional and technical societies. He is a graduate of the University of Detroit and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of California.

JOHN STRISOWER

Travidia Co-Founder and Founder, UVaCide

John Strisower has a varied and successful career as a technology visionary. This includes the development of business strategies and product concepts for web-based advertising businesses. He has also managed the specification and installation of multi-server NT LAN, MS Internet Information Server and associated products, and been involved in web-based application specification and development.

Prior to Travidia, John founded and operated a network integration company for eleven years. He specified client requirements, designed and implemented systems comprised of network components and packaged software including vertical market applications in health care, public safety, grocery & gaming.

John also owns three U.S. and foreign software patents and three Registered US Trademarks.

John attended Chico State University where he received a BS in Computer Science.

MICHAEL SCROGGIE

Co-founder of SuperMarkets Online, Inc.

Michael Scroggie has many years experience with the formation and growth of technology based businesses. He is a co-founder of Catalina Marketing Corporation, Catalina Information Resources and SuperMarkets Online, Inc. He has served Catalina Marketing as a board member (start-up through IPO), President & CEO of Catalina Information Resources and as a technology and management consultant to SuperMarkets Online. Prior to Catalina, Scroggie was President & CEO of Unicorn Systems Company, a Los Angeles based software firm. Scroggie has also served as a director and consultant to several start-up technology companies.

When Catalina Marketing was being formed in 1983, Scroggie was involved in the development of much of the initial Checkout Coupon software. In 1992, when Catalina entered into a joint venture with IRI to develop and deploy quick response applications to the grocery/CPG industries, Scroggie served the company as President & CEO from inception through its sale to IRI in 1995. Soon thereafter, he participated in the initial research which led to the formation of SuperMarkets Online to distribute consumer promotions and advertising over the Internet.

Scroggie graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Quantitative Analysis specialization, from California State University, Northridge in 1969.
